Teesport Regional Event Announced

The Teesport Regional Event will be held on 11th December 2008 at Middlesbrough football club.  The event will provide an opportunity for those in the North East Region - with an interest in port operations - to come along to the port to learn more about the Safer Ports Initiative 2.

PD Ports, Teesport is a port that operates a number of deep water cargo handling terminals which handle approximately 56 million tonnes of cargo per annum and provides easy access to the North East by road and rail links.  Their services include bulk, steel, containers, cargo handling and ferry services to Rotterdam and Zeebrugge For more information about the port please visit their website:  http://www.thpal.co.uk/teesport/portinformation.asp
